To Recover AIG Bonuses, Lawmakers Scramble to Undo Protections They Approved

Why do our politicians continue to stand on national television and lie to us day in and day out? The Washington Weasels, Sen. Dodd and his gang, brought on the problems with AIG, now they want to sound like they are fighting for the American people over $165 million. Hey Dodd, how about yelling and screaming about the Trillions of dollars in debt you’re racking up?

Anyway, you won’t hear Dudd say he was the one who created the roadblock to retrieving this money. Yes, they can yell and scream all they want for the television cameras, but the truth is the bonuses being paid are "contractually obligated bonuses agreed on or before Feb. 11, 2009." The funny thing is Sen. Dudd, President Obama, Rep. Barney Frank, Speaker of House Nancy Pelosi and Sen. Harry Reid may not be able to do anything about it the bonuses. There seems to be a few little details they forgot about, like the constitution and law. It is going to be interesting to see how this plays out. What a bunch of idiots (Fox News).
