About Bob

I grew up in Girard, Ohio and joined the Air Force at 17. Given the environment in Girard in 1978 (crime, drugs, unemployment and nowhere to go but jail), it was the best choice I ever made. I choose a career in Munitions Systems Technology, AKA “AMMO”. Explosives were my business and business was a blast. I spent over 25 years serving my country and defending the freedoms so many people living in this country take for granted everyday. My military experience and the experiences gained from living 19 years in other countries shaped the beliefs I hold today. These beliefs will influence my comments and subjects I post to this site. I encourage you to comment and leave posts you feel are relevant to the topics discussed here.  I will not prevent you from posting or delete your post unless you’re just an idiot. So feel free to leave me a comment. 

Below are just a few things I feel are important to consider: (Updated 25 Feb 2010)

1. Politicians work for us and need to be reminded of that – Vote and get involved with what is going on in the Nation.

2. We need term limits on congress – The words “Career” and “Politician” should never be put together to describe one of our elected officials.

3. The 2nd amendment is necessary to the security of a Free State

4. Unions are no longer needed and should be abolished – they are only killing our economy and destroying the American worker.

5. Big Government is bad

6. Obama is one of the biggest mistakes the country has ever voted for – see number 4 & 5.

7. The United States is a Judeo-Christian Nation – I do not see that as bad or good, just fact.

8. Illegal immigrants are criminals – what part of that do you not understand?

9. If you want something in life, “YOU” have to work for it. Relying on Government only degrades people’s desire to excel.

10. The Government cannot protect us from our own stupidity. If you want to stick your hand in the blade of a running lawn mower or you want to iron your pants while you are wearing them, you deserve the consequences. Don't file a law suite because you were a dumb ass. In nature, it is called natural selection and we as humans would be better off it we let it to work.

11. If you believe something is a “Right” (i.e., Health Care, Gay Marriage, etc…) I suggest you read the “Bill of Rights” and the “Constitution.” Then you should read ”What Is a Right by Judge Andrew Napolitano

12. Anyone who sexually abuses a child should remain in prison for life. Period. No more trying to “Treat” them or “Rehabilitate” them.

13. If you are LGBT, I do not care what you do in your private life, but do not push your life style on anyone. Remember, you are not granted any “Rights” because of behavior.

14. Racism, discrimination and prejudice exist – get over it. If you want to do something positive, I suggest you not add fuel to the fire by acting in a preconceived manner.

15. America is at WAR with "Terrorists," not Muslims. However, Muslims either agree with the "Terrorists" or they need to come out in force to condemn Terrorist's attacks. Setting on the sidelines is not an option.

16. This is America. We speak English here. If you want to be in America and take advantage of all this great country has to offer, learn to speak English.

17. Finally, if you think this country is so bad, then please feel free to leave and go live somewhere you’ll be happy.
