Now this is great news on top of the health care bill that the Democrats are trying to ram through Congress that will kill our economy.  Now we hear that Social Security is out of money.   "the federal government already spent that money over the years on other programs, preferring to borrow from Social Security rather than foreign creditors."  [Fox News]  This is a crime.

Now this is from the Government that wants to take over 1/6 of economy and run our health care.  God help us if this bill passes.

The Democrats, always living in a fantasy world, really thought the American people voted for the Socialist agenda that Obama was selling.  The fact is, as I said before here, Obama was elected because he was not Bush and to support that claim, all you have to do is look at Obama's and Democrat's poll numbers and what people think of the direction the Nation is heading.  These numbers say we do not want to continue down this Socialist road of "Big Government", Tax Hikes" and "World Appeasement".

So now, the Democrats,  "Desperate for Edge in Election Year, Dems Turn to Old Strategy" (Fox News), but they still don't get it do they.  They forget they have had control of Congress for three years and Obama has been President for close to one year.  It is well past time for these idiots to "put their big boy and big girl panties on and deal with the facts".  Blaming Bush and the Republicans for where we are now is getting old and the American people are quickly turning against all the BS they see in Washington. 

From the massive nut roll on Health Care, to the boondoggle in Copenhagen, to trying terrorists in criminal courts, this administration is completely out of touch with the majority of Americans.  Let's hope the American people continue to see through this BS and take back America in 2010.  To keep informed, check out these links:

Obama's chief scientist thinks a strong consensus is sufficient evidence for Global Warming, despite the fact that the data was skewed to reflect what these nut jobs wanted.

This is just another example of the shear arrogance of this administration to do whatever they can to push their agenda.  I think that someone should tell John Holdren that the "consensus" years ago supported the Earth as being flat, but we know how that worked out.   Science is about facts; facts proven through solid tests, experimentation and data, not "consensus."

Attorney General Eric Holder's decision to bring KSM and his sidekicks to New York is one of the most incompetent and dangerous decision the Obama administration has made so far.  In what has become the most arrogant administrations of our time, Holder confidently says:

"We looked at a variety of things -- about the questions of admissibility of evidence ... what problems we might have with regard to any witnesses," Holder said. "I mean the whole variety of things that we considered in making those judgments."   Holder said he's confident the cases will be "successful."  (Fox News)

Really?  No pre-trial prejudice?  What is success to this administration?  Releasing terrorists to make a point about the Bush administration? Releasing national security secrets to the world?  Giving KSM a stage to play them like a fiddle?

As I mentioned earlier, this case will be a circus and the past administration will be on trial more than KSM and his murdering sidekicks.  Perhaps that is the true underlying purpose of this trial. 

Folks we need to hit the phones, email, and the streets on this one, or KSM may be looking for a new house where you live. (Think O.J. Simpson)

I am outraged at this BS... This President and his ilk are trying to destroy an already shattered economy.  We need to wake up America and contact our Representatives and Senators now, while there may still be time. 

Providing health care to those who cannot afford it is one thing, destroying our economy and possible our nation is another.  Obama's plan "would penalize employers who fail to provide health insurance for their workers and individuals who refuse to obtain coverage"  (ABC News).  This will kill small businesses and our economy.

Have these idiots in Washington even thought about who those so called 45 million people are that do not have health care?  Check it out here.  Have they even thought about about how many doctors, nurses, hospitals, etc,,, will be needed to serve an increase of 45 million more patients?  This is insane!

Well, it’s been a long time since I made a real post. I’ve finally finished my last class for my degree and I’ve been working some real long hours, so that is my story and I’m sticking to it, for now.

There sure has been a lot to blog about.  North Korea is doing whatever the hell they please, because they know Obama will just want to “Talk” to them, or maybe the UN will issue another “We’re not happy with you Mr. Kim” resolution.

Iran’s “Chump In Charge” chastised Obama and told him to butt out, but only after Obama waited forever to issue one of his “The World Is Watching” statements. Man, I bet Ahmadinejad thought he was in one of those new Geico commercials.

The Dems have come to Nancy Pelosi’s rescue and now seven of them say the CIA lied. Wow, this is really getting stupid now. These freaking politicians are all lying through their teeth to save this deceitful, lying, clueless blunder of a “Speaker.” If there is hard evidence that the CIA intentionally lied or deceived congress, than heads need to roll and folks need to be sent to prison for a long, long time. However, I think it will never come to that and all we will see is the BS go back and forth between the Dems and Repubs until something else takes our attention away, like the next season of American Idol, Housewives of ???, or some other mindless event.

I see, Joe “I Put My Foot In My Mouth Again” Biden has been up to his usual gaffs, despite Rahm Emanuel misreading the order to keep Biden under wraps, or mean Timothy Geithner misreading the economy.  And people thought Palin would be a problem…

The economy has not gotten any better, despite blowing $787 billion dollars we are still on our way 10% unemployment. Obama has racked up tremendous debt and continues to push his $1. 2 trillion dollar health care plan and his Cap & Trade project, all of which will end up costing even more jobs and placing us further in debt. Depending on who you quote, the national debt, as of this posting, is approximately $11.5 trillion dollars. That is a huge amount of money. To understand how much that really is, consider this. If you had one trillion dollars and wanted to spend one million dollars everyday, it would take you almost 274 years to spend all of the one trillion. Now the US Government and Obama are currently adding about $3.8 billion “A DAY” to that $11.5 Trillion and we have not even started paying for his health care and cap and trade plans. Oh, by the way if you think the health care industries announcement the other day by Gaffer Joe that they will cut $1.55 billion in cuts over ten years, think of this – that is only about 1.5 % of the cost, so I would not jump up and down.

GITMO has really turned into a nut role. As I said before, it is a lot easier to stand on the side lines as a candidate and spout BS, then to actually be the President of the U.S. We have released some detainees and they have gone back to do what they do best, kill people. Now according to Fox News, "Obama is saying he may issue an executive order to indefinitely imprison a small number of Guantanamo Bay detainees considered too dangerous to prosecute or release." Wow, I wonder what the ACLU will think of the boy blunder now.

Well that is about all I have time for now. It’s clear we are in some hard times and I hope America understands who is driving this train now. Their votes were cast for change and change is coming hard and fast, but it appears more and more Americans were not aware of the change they were going to be forced to accept. As everyday goes by, his ratings seem to slide down a notch or two. Rasmussen now has him at a -8 Presidential Rating. I think the beer goggles are finally beginning to clear and people are seeing Obama and his incompetent team for what they really are – Just another bunch of self serving Politicians.

Wow! Obama came up with another great idea for making America safe from those pesky terrorists.  He worked the phones hard and finally got the president of Yemen.  I guess the POTUS  thinks that he can pawn off the 100 or so Yemeni terrorist to the Yemen government and all will be good.  

However, maybe Obama needs a refresher on the Yemen government. 

1. Yemen was were the USS Cole was attacked, killing 17 service members.
2. Yemen released Jamal al-Badawi, the master mind of the Cole attack. 
3. Yemen Released More Than 170 Al Qaeda Suspects

Everyday I wonder what else he is going to do to keep us safe.

Nancy Pelosi needs to be run out of office.  She is nothing more than a lying power hungry liberal looking to save her own ass and point the finger at the Republicans.  She knew about waterboarding, she know about the "Enhanced Interrogations Techniques" and she said nothing back then.  Now her lies are coming back to bite her in the ass.  According to Fox News, "The  4 September, 2002 memo from the CIA, Pelosi received a "briefing on EITs (enhanced interrogation techniques), including use of EITs on Abu Zubaydah, background on authorities and a description of particular EITs that had been employed. How can she stand on national television and claim she didn't know?

Now what I also find troubling about this is the Director of CIA, Leon (I have no intelligence experience) Panetta is saying the memo pinning Pelosi's ass to the wall may not be accurate.  Now, you don't think he is trying to cover for the wicked witch of west do you?

Either way, the issue of EITs and in particular, waterboarding, was known by a number of politicians from both political parties.  What makes this so disgusting is how quick the Dems and in specific, Pelosi started lying and trying to back peddle in an effort to remain in power.  It is time for this lying incompetent idiot  to leave office.

Obama has fired the CEO of GM, a private company,  dug us into the largest debt ever imaged in US history, his cabinet picks have be tax cheats and now he wants to appoint this radical nut job to a State Department position.   Our country is out of control and the nuts in Washington are on a path to total destruction.  Check out the latest plan....  America, we need to wake up now and get involved.

Obama nominee sees no "reason why sharia law would not be applied to govern a case in the United States" -

On top of that, this Obama pick believes that "America's focus on the War on Terror [is] 'obsessive.'" And his list of countries that flagrantly disregard international law highlights North Korea, Iraq, and the U.S.A. -- which he collectively calls "the axis of disobedience." [Jihad Watch]

JUDGES should interpret the Constitution according to other nations' legal "norms." Sharia law could apply to disputes in US courts. The United States constitutes an "axis of disobedience" along with North Korea and Saddam-era Iraq.

Those are the views of the man on track to become one of the US government's top lawyers: Harold Koh.

President Obama has nominated Koh -- until last week the dean of Yale Law School -- to be the State Department's legal adviser. In that job, Koh would forge a wide range of international agreements on issues from trade to arms control, and help represent our country in such places as the United Nations and the International Court of Justice.

It's a job where you want a strong defender of America's sovereignty. But that's not Koh. He's a fan of "transnational legal process," arguing that the distinctions between US and international law should vanish.

What would this look like in a practical sense? Well, California voters have overruled their courts, which had imposed same-sex marriage on the state. Koh would like to see such matters go up the chain through federal courts -- which, in turn, should look to the rest of the world. If Canada, the European Human Rights Commission and the United Nations all say gay marriage should be legal -- well, then, it should be legal in California too, regardless of what the state's voters and elected representatives might say.

He even believes judges should use this "logic" to strike down the death penalty, which is clearly permitted in the US Constitution.

The primacy of international legal "norms" applies even to treaties we reject. For example, Koh believes that the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child -- a problematic document that we haven't ratified -- should dictate the age at which individual US states can execute criminals. Got that? On issues ranging from affirmative action to the interrogation of terrorists, what the rest of the world says, goes.

Including, apparently, the world of radical imams. A New York lawyer, Steven Stein, says that, in addressing the Yale Club of Greenwich in 2007, Koh claimed that "in an appropriate case, he didn't see any reason why sharia law would not be applied to govern a case in the United States."

A spokeswoman for Koh said she couldn't confirm the incident, responding: "I had heard that some guy . . . had asked a question about sharia law, and that Dean Koh had said something about that while there are obvious differences among the many different legal systems, they also share some common legal concepts."

Score one for America's enemies and hostile international bureaucrats, zero for American democracy.

Koh has called America's focus on the War on Terror "obsessive." In 2004, he listed countries that flagrantly disregard international law -- "most prominently, North Korea, Iraq, and our own country, the United States of America," which he branded "the axis of disobedience.[...]

Even though he's up for a State Department job, Koh is a key test case in the "judicial wars." If he makes it through (which he will if he gets even a single GOP vote) the message to the Obama team will be: You can pick 'em as radical as you like.

The Dems are eyeing yet another way to control our lives.  The so called “Fairness Doctrine” is really anything but, fair.  And look at what one of the supporters is saying.  Now does this smell like BS or what?

"I absolutely think it's time to be bringing accountability to the airwaves," Sen. Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., told liberal radio host Bill Press last week.  She said she expects hearings soon on reviving the policy, which was introduced in 1949 and abolished in 1987.
Stabenow's husband, Tom Athans, is and has been an executive at several liberal radio talk groups (Fox News).

Now do you think she has anything to gain by forcing liberal radio on the public?  This is just another effort by Democrats to force their liberal agenda on the rest of the nation.  It should not matter if you like Rush Limbaugh or not, if the thought of Government forcing radio stations to broadcast certain material, ie “provide opposing views on controversial issues of public importance” does not scare the shit out of you, than maybe you’re living in then land of “Oz”
