As I'm writing this, I'm wondering what our President is doing.  Is he thinking maybe he is in over his head?  Is he thinking how to stop the oil in the Gulf, save jobs, kick-start the economy, fix immigration?  No, he knows exactly what he is doing and we should not be one bit surprised.  After all, the witting was on the wall, but too many Americans refused to see the man for who he really is and fell for his lies. 

I find it very interesting that the very concept that Martin Luther King Jr. fought so hard against, is exactly what got Barrack Obama elected President of the United States.  MLK said, "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."  Seems ironic now, just 42 years later that Americans felt the need to vote for a man based on his skin color and not the content of his character.  We all knew about his communist mentor in Hawaii, his racist preacher of 20 years, his ties with terrorists and of course his good friend Cass Sunstein.  All of these people have had a significant impact on Obama and the direction he is taking the country.  Do you remember Obama saying this, "In five days we are going to fundamentally transform America" (Fox News)?  Well it looks as though he is well on his way.

All one has to do is look at what he is doing to America and you can see that he is really trying to "fundamentally transform America".  Since he was elected, the Government has taken over two Automakers, several banks, paid massive payoffs to the unions, he has appointed numerous radical socialists to his administration, increased the national debt by trillions, pushed a Government takeover of health care, claimed to be in charge of the Gulf oil spill, but blames everyone else for the disaster and piss poor response, dropped kicked the Gulf States economy even harder by ordering a drilling moratorium, pushed for even more spending and job killing measures in an effort to destroy this great nation, is pushing a social experiment on our military while they are engaged in two wars, is suing the state of Arizona for trying to protect their citizens from illegal immigrates who have taken over part of the state, directed NASA to help Muslim nations feel good and Americans still don't seem to get it yet.

Can anyone really say that we are better off today in America now the Obama is President?  For the first time in my life, I fear for the future of this country.  I only hope that more Americans will see the light and vote these idiots out of office this November leaving him with as little power as possible.  Then in 2012, we can send his socialist ass packing.

Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the rest of the Democrats have finally pushed through the massive health care bill and Obama signed it into law today hanging a tremendous burden on the American people.  This bill adds trillions to our national debt, does nothing to reduce raising health care costs and will result in a significant decrease in the quality of health care Americans have enjoyed over the years.  Even those who did not have health care received quality emergency care in the hospitals.  Below is a short excerpt on Government cost estimates from Michael D. Tanner of the CATO Institute.

For example, when Medicare was instituted in 1965, it was estimated that the cost of Medicare Part A would be $9 billion by 1990. In actuality, it was seven times higher — $67 billion. Similarly, in 1987, Medicaid's special hospitals subsidy was projected to cost $100 million annually by 1992, just five years later; it actually cost $11 billion, more than 100 times as much. And in 1988, when Medicare's home-care benefit was established, the projected cost for 1993 was $4 billion, but the actual cost in 1993 was $10 billion. [Michael D. Tanner of the CATO Institute]

So do you really think passing this bill was good for America?  I think it is past time we run these incompetent idiots out of town.

Obama swept into office on the promise of change and most Democrats felt that was really why he was elected, but like I have said before, he was elected because he was not Bush and was not a Republican. 

For most of America, the beer goggles are slowly coming off and they are beginning to think they may have to "chew off their arm".   All of those who voted for him are beginning to realize what a flipping mess our country is in now and he is not doing anything to make it better. 

According to a new Gallop poll, the majority of Americans "described their political ideology as conservative".  This means the Majority of Americans are right of center, Obama, Reid, Pelosi and the majority of the Democratic party are far left of center.  In addition, the country also has significant differences in priorities compared to the Obama administration.

For example, look at some data

Gallup has found that independents are more likely to oppose than support healthcare reform, and to express concerns about increased government spending and the expansion of government power. Thus, the drop in Democratic support is partly a response to concerns about the policies Obama and the Democratic Congress are pursuing.

Voters Trust Republicans More On 10 Top Issues

Forty-nine percent (49%) of voters nationwide say that passing no health care reform bill this year would be better than passing the plan currently working its way through Congress (Rassmussen).

Thirty-eight percent (38%) of voters say cutting the federal budget deficit in half in the next four years should be the Obama administration's top priority, while 23% say health care reform is most important (Rassmussen).

The arrogance of this administration is amazing.  They are going against the American people on just about every important issue.   Our only hope is that it will not be too late when they are handed their pink slips and we can begin to repair all the damage these idiots have caused.

What can I say?  This man is a walking talking disaster.  To think the Dems thought Govener Palin was a poor choice for McCaine.  Well for all those people who voted for Obama & Biden, I have to say enjoy.... lol  

"We're going to go bankrupt as a nation," Biden warned at an event in the backyard of the House's No. 2 Republican.

"People, when I say that, look at me and say, 'What are you talking about, Joe? You're telling me we have to go spend money to keep from going bankrupt?" he said. "The answer is yes. (CNS News)

I am outraged at this BS... This President and his ilk are trying to destroy an already shattered economy.  We need to wake up America and contact our Representatives and Senators now, while there may still be time. 

Providing health care to those who cannot afford it is one thing, destroying our economy and possible our nation is another.  Obama's plan "would penalize employers who fail to provide health insurance for their workers and individuals who refuse to obtain coverage"  (ABC News).  This will kill small businesses and our economy.

Have these idiots in Washington even thought about who those so called 45 million people are that do not have health care?  Check it out here.  Have they even thought about about how many doctors, nurses, hospitals, etc,,, will be needed to serve an increase of 45 million more patients?  This is insane!

Well, it’s been a long time since I made a real post. I’ve finally finished my last class for my degree and I’ve been working some real long hours, so that is my story and I’m sticking to it, for now.

There sure has been a lot to blog about.  North Korea is doing whatever the hell they please, because they know Obama will just want to “Talk” to them, or maybe the UN will issue another “We’re not happy with you Mr. Kim” resolution.

Iran’s “Chump In Charge” chastised Obama and told him to butt out, but only after Obama waited forever to issue one of his “The World Is Watching” statements. Man, I bet Ahmadinejad thought he was in one of those new Geico commercials.

The Dems have come to Nancy Pelosi’s rescue and now seven of them say the CIA lied. Wow, this is really getting stupid now. These freaking politicians are all lying through their teeth to save this deceitful, lying, clueless blunder of a “Speaker.” If there is hard evidence that the CIA intentionally lied or deceived congress, than heads need to roll and folks need to be sent to prison for a long, long time. However, I think it will never come to that and all we will see is the BS go back and forth between the Dems and Repubs until something else takes our attention away, like the next season of American Idol, Housewives of ???, or some other mindless event.

I see, Joe “I Put My Foot In My Mouth Again” Biden has been up to his usual gaffs, despite Rahm Emanuel misreading the order to keep Biden under wraps, or mean Timothy Geithner misreading the economy.  And people thought Palin would be a problem…

The economy has not gotten any better, despite blowing $787 billion dollars we are still on our way 10% unemployment. Obama has racked up tremendous debt and continues to push his $1. 2 trillion dollar health care plan and his Cap & Trade project, all of which will end up costing even more jobs and placing us further in debt. Depending on who you quote, the national debt, as of this posting, is approximately $11.5 trillion dollars. That is a huge amount of money. To understand how much that really is, consider this. If you had one trillion dollars and wanted to spend one million dollars everyday, it would take you almost 274 years to spend all of the one trillion. Now the US Government and Obama are currently adding about $3.8 billion “A DAY” to that $11.5 Trillion and we have not even started paying for his health care and cap and trade plans. Oh, by the way if you think the health care industries announcement the other day by Gaffer Joe that they will cut $1.55 billion in cuts over ten years, think of this – that is only about 1.5 % of the cost, so I would not jump up and down.

GITMO has really turned into a nut role. As I said before, it is a lot easier to stand on the side lines as a candidate and spout BS, then to actually be the President of the U.S. We have released some detainees and they have gone back to do what they do best, kill people. Now according to Fox News, "Obama is saying he may issue an executive order to indefinitely imprison a small number of Guantanamo Bay detainees considered too dangerous to prosecute or release." Wow, I wonder what the ACLU will think of the boy blunder now.

Well that is about all I have time for now. It’s clear we are in some hard times and I hope America understands who is driving this train now. Their votes were cast for change and change is coming hard and fast, but it appears more and more Americans were not aware of the change they were going to be forced to accept. As everyday goes by, his ratings seem to slide down a notch or two. Rasmussen now has him at a -8 Presidential Rating. I think the beer goggles are finally beginning to clear and people are seeing Obama and his incompetent team for what they really are – Just another bunch of self serving Politicians.

This administration is turning into a real circus.  The Washington Weasels are pointing fingers at each other about who know what and when on the AIG bonuses.  What I find freaking amazing is,  they are all are screaming and howling about $165 Million in bonuses, but not a single one of them seems to be concerned about "Obama's $1 Trillion a year deficit machine" his budget is fueling.  We are in for one hell of a ride with these idiots in charge (Fox News)

With a new administration elected, the economic crisis still hanging on, and the winds of change coming to America, I thought I would post a short explanation on the different types of Government and how they view the economy.

This comes by way of someone who left a comment and corrected me on a quote I used in my "Obama Wins Now What?" post.    Knight provided some additional information and links in his last post and I came upon this short description of Governments.   It provides a short, but interesting look at how some view Government.  It is from Fort Freedom.

In the interest of explaining the way various forms of government function politically and economically, the following examples (based on an old European joke) are presented for your edification:

Socialism You have two cows; there is an election. The new government takes one of your cows through taxes and gives it to your neighbor. The neighbor knows nothing of livestock so his new cow dies.

Communism You have two cows; there is a revolution. The new government confiscates both your cows and gives you a small portion of the milk they produce. Both cows soon die, but the government is able to get powdered milk on credit from a democratic government.

Fascism You have two cows; there is a military coup. The new government confiscates both your cows and sells you part of the milk for ration coupons.

Nazism You have two cows; there is an assassination. The new government confiscates both your cows and shoots you.

New Dealism You have two cows; there is a depression caused by the government, and then an election. The new government buys your cows with currency it has just printed. It then shoots one cow, hires an unemployed person to milk the other cow, and throws the milk away in order to help raise milk prices.

Democracy You have two cows; there is a surplus of milk and prices are low. You appeal to the government to subsidize your milk for the ``good'' of the country. The government enacts your program, raises taxes on its citizens, and buys your milk at inflated prices. It then stores the milk in rented warehouses until it spoils or they can find a communist government to buy it on credit and at a loss.

Capitalism You have two cows. You sell one cow and buy a bull. There is freedom and prosperity.

Well Biden and the nuts over on the Obama campaign think that Americans should be patriotic and buy into the socialist philosophy of wealth redistribution.  So where is the incentive to make more, if the Dems are going to take it and give it away?

I think this little story tells the simple version of the Democrat's tax plan.  Now I checked this on Snopes and it has been accredited to a number of people and has a slightly different twist in each version, but I found it sort of entertaining.  The math checks out (rounded), so I thought it sounded a lot like the Obama Tax plan. 

Suppose that every day, ten men go out for beer and the bill for all ten comes to $100. If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes, it would go something like this:

 The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing.

The fifth would pay $1.

The sixth would pay $3.

The seventh would pay $7.

The eighth would pay $12.

The ninth would pay $18.

The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59.

So, that's what they decided to do.

The ten men drank in the bar every day and seemed quite happy with the arrangement, until one day, the owner threw them a curve. 'Since you are all such good customers,' he said, 'I'm going to reduce the cost of your daily beer by $20.'Drinks for the ten now cost just $80.

The group still wanted to pay their bill the way we pay our taxes so the first four men were unaffected. They would still drink for free.

But what about the other six men - the paying customers? How could they divide the $20 windfall so that everyone would get his 'fair share?'

They realized that $20 divided by six is $3.33. But if they subtracted that from everybody's share, then the fifth man and the sixth man would each end up being paid to drink his beer. So, the bar owner suggested that it would be fair to reduce each man's bill by roughly the same amount and he proceeded to work out the amounts each should pay.

And so:

The fifth man, like the first four, now paid nothing (100% savings).

The sixth now paid $2 instead of $3 (33%savings).

The seventh now pay $5 instead of $7 (28%savings).

The eighth now paid $9 instead of $12 (25% savings).

The ninth now paid $14 instead of $18 (22% savings).

The tenth now paid $49 instead of $59 (16% savings).

Each of the six was better off than before. And the first four continued to drink for free. But once outside the restaurant, the men began to compare their savings.

'I only got a dollar out of the $20,'declared the sixth man. He pointed to the tenth man,' but he got $10!'

'Yeah, that's right,' exclaimed the fifth man. 'I only saved a dollar, too.

It's unfair that he got ten times more than I!'

'That's true!!' shouted the seventh man. 'Why should he get $10 back when I got only two? The wealthy get all the breaks!'

'Wait a minute,' yelled the first four men in unison. 'We didn't get anything at all. The system exploits the poor!'

The nine men surrounded the tenth and beat him up.

The next night the tenth man didn't show up for drinks, so the nine sat down and had beers without him. But when it came time to pay the bill, they discovered something important. They didn't have enough money between all of them for even half of the bill!

 And that, boys and girls, journalists and college professors, is how our tax system works. The people who pay the highest taxes get the most benefit from a tax reduction. Tax them too much, attack them for being wealthy, and they just may not show up anymore. In fact, they might start drinking overseas where the atmosphere is somewhat friendlier.
