I have taken down the PC poll and added a new one based on some recent discussions about terrorism.

The poll I have here has been running 90% toward Strongly Agree that America is becoming too politically correct.  I don't know about you,  but I find that kind of frightening.  We seem to be afraid to challenge individuals or groups of individuals about their actions, for fear of being called a raciest, a bigot or worse yet, sued by the ACLU for infringing on someone's "rights".  This very fear appears to be opening the door for the radical terrorists to enter America and infiltrate our colleges and neighborhoods.  We need to stop the BS PC games and open our eyes to what is going on in our own backyard.  The following two groups are featured on  The Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) website.  Take a look at their profile and let me know what you think.

 Muslim American Society (MAS)

The Muslim American Society (MAS) is an organization with strong ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. The organization, founded in 1993, is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia and has local chapters in 23 states. MAS is headed by Esam Omeish and Souheil Ghannouchi, who serve as president and executive director respectively. Shaker El Sayed served as the Society's secretary general until June 1, 2005, when he left the organization to become an imam at the Dar al-Hijrah mosque in Northern Virginia. Muslim Students Association (MSA)

Islamic extremism is on the rise on college campuses across the United States. The spread of radical Islamism on campuses has proven to be an effective tool to garner support and gain legitimacy, exploiting the right of free association with academic institutions. International and domestic groups that advocate extremist or radical causes frequently host lectures and other events on campuses to shore up support and recruit members. Indeed, universities are a fertile field for radicals searching for the next generation of activists and sympathizers.

With nearly 600 chapters -- including roughly 150 chapters directly affiliated with MSA National -- located in the United States and Canada, the Muslim Students Association (MSA) is the most visible and influential Islamic student organization in North America. As reflected in the extensive information presented in this dossier, MSA has gained legitimacy on American campuses as a benevolent collegiate faith club; however, under this moderate veneer MSA advances a different agenda among impressionable college students. Through conferences and events, publications, websites and other activities, MSA disseminates and promotes militant Islamic ideologies. Four different foreign doctors were setting in the airport discussing their countries health care when;

A British doctor says, "In my country medicine is so advanced that we can take half a heart out of one person, put it in another, and have both of them out looking for work in two weeks."

 The American doctor, not to be outdone, interjected, "You guys are way behind. We are about to take a woman without a brain, put her in the White House and then half the country will be out looking for work."

This should help all the Hillary Fans get over some of those nagging thoughts... lmao...

This other article is sick also. This women and her boyfriend sexually molested the womens 4 year old niece.  The woman says she deserves jail.  Really?  When it come to this type of abuse, I have no tolerance.  These two deserve life in prison without any chance of parole.  You can read about this article California Woman Involved in Niece's Sexual Abuse Asks for Prison

You know, hardly a day goes by that we don't hear of some freak abducting, molesting or committing some other terrible act to a child.  I have heard some folks say it is our laws, some say it's our twisted culture, some blame it on TV.  For me, it is very simple. There is no excuse for this behavior and I'm tired of hearing all the bleeding hearts say we need to "understand" the person who committed this crime.  We have spent too much money and lost too many kids trying to "understand" these monsters.  It's time we start cracking down and put these people away permanently.

Hillary is in real trouble and her chances of winning the nomination are slipping farther away each day.  Although she leads the polls in Ohio and Texas, Obama is closing in fast.  He has the lead now in total delegates, pledged delegates, popular vote counts and the national RCP average.  I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Hillary is toast.  The Clinton machine was stopped.  However, those super delegates may change everything and put Hillary in there.  If that happens, I suspect all hell is going to break out...  

Clinton Denies Defeat Looming For Her Campaign

I just upgraded my blog to Drupal 6.0 and everything went fine.  A few changes can be noticed, like no Google AdSense and the Weather blocks are gone.  The were not yet compatible with 6.0.  The new "Drag-n-Drop" feature for menus and blocks is great.  If you're looking for an easy, yet powerful CMS, I suggest you check out Drupal.

I read this article and the comments posted by some of the folks and find it amazing that some are pissed off because Hillary attacked Obama on this issue.  Was it misleading to use those words and not explain they were actually from a speech given by Gov Deval Patrick?  Yes, but does that mean all of a sudden he is misleading us?  Hell no, according to PolitiFact.com and FactCheck.org both list a number of misleading comments from all the candidates, so why is Hillary getting her panties in a twist?  Because her and Bill are scared to death they may not occupy the "Big House" again.  Politicians are not obligated to tell us the truth.  That would violate their "Freedom of Speach"...   It's up to the American people to weed out the BS from the truth and to be smart enough to not fall for all the lies and half truths.  The best we can do is evaluate who lies the least about the issues we feel strongly about.  It's sad that our Presidential elections are turning into a vote for the lesser of two evils.  Leave me a comment and let me know what you think...

I received this in an email and I'm not sure where it came from, but it sure sounds right.

One day a florist goes to a barber for a haircut. After the cut he asked about his bill and the barber replies, "I cannot accept money from you. I'm doing community service this week." The florist was pleased and left the shop. When the barber goes to open his shop the next morning there is a 'thank you' card and a dozen roses waiting for him at his door.

Later, a cop comes in for a haircut, and when he tries to pay his bill, the barber again replies, "I cannot accept money from you. I'm doing community service this week." The cop is happy and leaves the shop. The next morning when the barber goes to open up there is a 'thank you' card and a dozen donuts waiting for him at his door.

Later that day, a college professor comes in for a haircut, and when he tries to pay his bill, the barber again replies, "I cannot accept money from you. I'm doing community service this week." The professor is very happy and leaves the shop. The next morning when the barber opens his shop, there is a 'thank you' card and a dozen different books, such as "How to Improve Your Business" and "Becoming More Successful.

"Then, a Congressman comes in for a haircut, and when he goes to pay his bill the barber again replies, "I cannot accept money from you. I'm doing community service this week." The Congressman is very happy and leaves the shop. The next morning when the barber goes to open up, there are a dozen Congressmen lined up waiting for a free haircut.

And that, my friends, illustrates the fundamental difference between the citizens of our country and the members of our Congress.
